KKF International Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”) are committed to protecting the privacy of customers, service users, business partners, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “you” or “Data Subjects”), whether it involves the collection, use, and/or disclosure (collectively referred to as “Data Processing”). • Personal Information: Such as name-surname, age, date of birth, ID card number, passport number, signature, copy of ID card.

• Contact Information: Such as address, telephone number, email.

• Financial Information: Such as bank account details, copy of bank book.

• Information from Automatic Systems or Devices: Such as IP Address, Cookie, service usage behavior, service history, voice, photographs, moving images, Social-Media accounts, Chat, Geolocation, ID Username, member code.

The Company will collect Personal Data only after obtaining consent from the Data Subject, except in the following cases:

• For contract performance: Where the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Data is necessary for providing services or complying with a contract between the Data Subject and the Company.

• To prevent or suppress danger to life, body, or health.

• For compliance with the law.

• For legitimate interests of the Company: Where it is necessary for the legitimate operation of the Company, and the Company shall consider the Data Subject's rights as paramount, such as preventing fraud, maintaining network security, and protecting the rights, freedoms, and interests of the Data Subject.

• For research or statistics: In the case of preparing historical documents or archives for public interest, or for research or statistical purposes, provided that appropriate safeguarding measures are put in place to protect the Data Subject’s rights and freedoms.

• For the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Company.

• Information directly from the Data Subject: Provided by you during various activities, such as offering products and services, negotiating the purchase and sale of goods and services, applying for membership, job applications, and entering into various contracts.

• Information from other sources: Such as public information, information from partner agencies or affiliates, as well as other personal data you have provided.

 

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

 

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes or other purposes notified at the time of data collection or for which you have given consent after the data has been collected by the Company:

• To deliver products and services to meet various demands or complaints.

• To conduct operations, evaluate results, and improve business to develop the quality of products and services.

• To carry out any accounting and financial activities, such as auditing, debt notification and collection, issuing tax invoices, and other transactional evidence required by law.

• For the Company's legitimate interests, such as recording voice complaints via the Call Center system or recording images via CCTV cameras.

• Right to withdraw consent for data processing previously given by the service user.

• Right to object: The Data Subject has the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of data at any time.
